SAUL Year 3 Design Studio continued its in-depth study of Clare Island this past Autumn 2024. This module continues to be deeply invested in ‘Resilient Design Curriculum’ as an inter-university project and the shared programme between Year 3 SAUL and Year 3 UCD. It is a response to a critical need to develop a robust design studio curriculum that seeks coherent responses to the challenges posed by the climate emergency.
